Delivery
We usually like to ship items within 3 - 5 days of purchase. The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
We generally charge £1.20 per mile shipping charge from our postcode but this can vary based on size of product. For larger items with no shipping option at checkout, please contact before purchase to gather an accurate shipping quote.
If customers arrange for their purchased items to be collected by an external courier then any packing required for transit will be charged to the buyer if required or requested.
Collection on most items is available from the Old School, Higher Kinnerton, CH49AJ. Please contact us to arrange a suitable collection time and date.
Shipping outside of Mainland UK:
Please enquire before you purchase if you live in Northern Ireland, or any British Islands off the mainland; for example, the Isle of Man, Isle of White and Channel Islands.
International delivery:
If you live outside the UK and you would like to purchase this item, please contact us before purchasing it, so that we can obtain an accurate shipping quote and delivery lead-time. The shipping quote provided is a global estimate only. The actual shipping cost will vary by country and postcode. Since 1st January 2021, parcels to Europe are subject to customs and duty fees. This means that goods shipped between EU countries, UK mainland and Northern Ireland have to clear customs and require a commercial invoice and other export documentation.
Due to the distances and costs involved with shipping outside the UK, a returns policy is therefore not available for international buyers. Before placing your order(s) please make sure this is the item for you.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 15 day money back guarantee. We will refund the full amount paid using the same method by which the item was purchased provided we are satisfied it has been returned to us in the same condition. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense unless the item has arrived damaged or incorrectly described in which case the postage will also be refunded in full.
Product Information
As we deal in vintage furniture, some the items available may not have The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 set levels of fire resistance for domestic upholstered furniture, furnishings and other products containing upholstery labels attached. Where this is the case, it is at the buyers direction and is sold as a collectors piece. These products are sold in their original upholstered condition and have not been reupholstered in any way by ourselves. Where this is the case, it will be clearly mentioned in the item description.
